use our services. The term MyBestDate or us or we or our refers
to MyBestDate and CSB Electronics, the owner of the website. The term "you"
refers to the user or viewer of our web site.
Acceptence of Agreement:
You must be 18 years or older to use our services. All information
supplied by you must be clear, accurate and true.
The equipment (mobile phone or computer) used to allow access to our services
is the responsibility of the user and you are liable for any connection
and communication costs you may have.
If these condition are met, you can register with our site. After the instant
registration process, you will be supplied one username and
password for our services. You will need to use these when you want to use our
services. Your username and password is strictly private
and confidential and must not be shared with any third parties.
You are solely liable for the use of this identification information by
third parties or for the actions or statements made through your account,
whether it is fraudulent or not. You hold MyBestDate harmless against all
claims of this kind. MyBestDate does not have the obligation to check
the identity of people registered with our services, MyBestDate is not
liable in the event of your identity is being used by someone else. If you
have any reason to believe that a person is using your identification
information or account, you must inform MyBestDate immediately.
For security reasons, MyBestDate will deactivate the accounts of users who have
not used our services for a period of 6 months or more. The six-month
period commences on the date your full membership expires.
Our Obligations:
MyBestDate supplies dating services via Internet and mobile
phones. Our purpose is not to advise on or broker either marriage or
long-term relationships. Our services do not include any arrangements
of one-on-one meetings. In addition, we have no legal obligation
to monitor any content published by you or other users.
MyBestDate cannot be held liable for false declarations made by any user. It is
important that you take certain precautions when arranging to meet up with
another user of our services. We assume no responsibility for meetings between
you and other users of our services. And on a first date, we advise
you to tell someone closer to you and choose a public place (coffee shop,
pub, cinema etc.).
Your Obligations:

You cannot use our services for commercial, professional purposes or any
non-private purposes.

You cannot make comments, propagate or disseminate in any form whatever content
that contravenes the rights of others or that is offensive, violent,
provocating to violence, political or racist. Photographs and any other
supplied information must be decent and refer exclusively to you or to a third
person from whom you have expressly obtained consent and these are your sole
responsibility

You are not allowed to disclose information that allow you to be
identified, such as postal address, telephone number to other users of our
services.

You must act fairly in respect of other user of our services

You must use our dating services in accordance with the purpose set out in
these Terms of Use Agreement.
Failure to comply with the obligations as set out above is a serious
breach by you of your obligations. We shall, where you fail to comply with
one or more of these obligations, be entitled to terminate the contract
and may delete your account from our services.
Terms of payment:
Our dating services can be usable at
any time even without any payments. However, FOR MEN, it will be
limited after 3 days of FREE trial period. After that
period, emailing and chat services cannot be usable for male members. According
to continue using our services, you must pay the mentioned fee
for our monthly dating services. In the event of an account withdrawal or termination, your
rebills will end and you will not be billed again but your full membership will
not expire until the end of your expiration date. Your
membership expiration period commences on your last payment date and expires after the subscription
period, you chose. Your membership expiry date can be viewed from your account
details at anytime. The acquisition of a
monthly subscription or credit based membership begins almost simultaneously with the validation
of your credit card transaction. Upon expiry of your subscription membership, except
where you notify termination thereof to MyBestDate prior to membership
expiry date, your membership will be renewed by periods of subscription months at the price
rate which the member originally subscribed.
For women the experience is totally free, for
men after the 3-days of trial period(credit card number required for
age verification), there are two options to choose from Pay
Monthly(Premium Membersip) or Pay as you Go(Credit). If you do not
choose an option, for your peace of mind in using our services, you will be billed for monthly subscriptions(30 days), after 3
days and your monthly membership will not be stopped until you do so, from
your account page. The details can be found in our pricing
table . All prices are stated in
Great Britian Pounds(GBP) and are tax inclusive.
Our payment provider's servers are SSL secure and accept various payment
methods for our customers.
Your right of Refunds & Membership Termination
You are informed that you agree a period of seven calendar days from the
time you request us to exercise your right of withdrawal, without the
need to provide any reason and you will not be billed after the expiry
date of your subscription. Either you or we may terminate your membership
by removing your profile, at any time, for any reason, with or without
explanation, effective upon sending written or email notice to the other party.
Upon such termination by us without cause, we shall refund, any unused portion
of any subscription payments that we have received from you.
You shall not be entitled to a refund of any unused subscription fees
unless you cannot access our services due to server failures or technical
problems on our side. You may also be entitled to a subscription refund if
you have had technical difficulties using our services, notified our
customer services and your problem have not been resolved by our technical
support within the 7 working days of your query.
Personal privacy and protection of your data:
We uphold the strictest of standards with respect to protection of privacy
and of personal information.
Some information, comments or content (photos) that you optionally provide may
possibly, under the responsibility and on the initiative of
you, reveal your ethnic origin, your nationality, religion. By
providing such information, all optional, you manifest your intention and
freely take the sole responsibility.
You can, access or request access to information concerning you in order
to have it modified, deleted or to forbid any use by us. Such request access
shall be exercised via our services from your account functionality in our
services.
Our services and their
functioning:
To use our dating services, you must have the necessary
hardware and software requirements:
For proper use of our services: Internet Explorer 6 or equivalent,
Javascript functions enabled, cookies enabled, and pop-ups enabled.
You must have the knowledge, skills, hardware and software required to use
the Internet.
We do not guarantee that our services will function if you activate a popup
blocker tool. In this case, the function must be deactivated before using our
services.
We do not guarantee that our services will be usable if your Internet Service
provider is unable to provide their services properly. In this case, we
cannot be held responsible for the malfunctioning, unavailability or adverse
conditions of usage of our site resulting from incorrect hardware, problems
experienced by your Internet Service Provider or blockages on the Internet
networks or for all other reasons outside our influence.
Under these conditions, we do not guarantee that our services willl
function without interruption or error. In addition, the use of our site may be
interrupted at any time for the purposes of maintenance, upgrades or technical
updates. We will inform our users prior to maintenance work or updates.
