Lets start at the beginning. I was very young when I was born. I was somewhat smaller and had less hair. Then, suddenly I was here typing this. Time flies when you are having fun, and aside from the standard guff you have to go through, on balance it has been fun, or at least more fun than getting kicked in the shins by a nasty biker chick. Although it has been fun, I think it would be even more fun to share it together. I think that is one simple way to sum up what I am looking for, someone to share this crazy adventure of life together. If I were a movie, reviews would include "Hes warm and friendly like a labrador, but does not hump your leg", "Kind of a geek, not that there is anything wrong with that", and "Has some interesting plot twists, but still not sure how it ends". I must confess, although it will not endear me to many, but I am a silly goofball and sometimes even a dork. I like to make up and sing songs about the merits of guacamole. I strike up whimsical conversations while in line at the grocery store. I have even been known to socialize in elevators (gasp!). On the other hand, in other situations (like parties) I can be quiet, pensive and downright shy. I enjoy learning tremendously and what I consider to be leisure reading might be what others consider to be very bookish. I love books about science, astronomy, cosmology, math, history, and so forth. One of my favorite books was this book I found at the library that explained geometry both from a historical perspective as developed by the greeks, but also from a pedagogical perspective helping you to understand the process of their discoveries. I really feel that I march to the beat of a different drummer... I am not concerned with status, fashion, power, physical possessions, or any of the other materialistic concerns that occupy many folks.
